Senior Product Planner and Visual Merchandiser

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, analyse and follow-up on the minimum stock-base, sell-through and stock balance of Swatch Stores.
  • Inventory control at the optimum level, advise Brand Manager and recommend action(s) on slow moving stocks.
  • Implement monthly visual merchandising for all POS.
  • Organize and implement Visual Merchandising material from HQ and locally.
  • Manage seasonal visual merchandising for retail and wholesale.
  • Ensure all VM roll-out executed on time according HQ guideline.
  • All VM information is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Liaising with Swatch HQ on the VM approval and reporting
  • Ensure all Swatch Stores are well maintained and presented to uphold Brand image.
  • Any ad hoc responsibilities required from Management.

Profile

Requirements:

  • With 3-5 years experiences in production planning, creating visual merchandising communication in a retail environment
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent computer literacy skills: Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Good organisational and planning skill
  • High attention to detail and sensitive to figures
  • Effective time management skill and prioritising skill
  • Enthusiastic, Energetic and result driven
  • Team player
