Job description
- Advises and sells the products offered in the store (Swatch, Jewellery, Sunglasses and Flik Flak).
- Perfect customer reception, service and presentation of goods
- Manages customer returns and complaints in a professional manner.
- Services and cash statement
- Small repairs and changes of watch straps and batteries
- Ensures the appearance of the store and the merchandise on display (window, furniture and sales tables)
Receives, unpacks and packs the deliveries
Profile
We are looking for a passionate and experienced multi-lingual Sales Associate who embraces a highly dynamic and international working environment with a high level of flexibility, resilience, and autonomous.
As our Sales Associate you will be part of an international team providing an exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of our Swatch stores. Become of our proud Sales Associate representing the brand, demonstrating product knowledge, ensuring that our customers find that watch that make their eyes sparks.
Note that the contract is limited to one year initially, with the possibility of an extension, and conversation to a permanent role based on performance and business needs.
Professional requirements

Qualifications: • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. • Experience: Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in the luxury goods or watch industry.
•Skills: o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. o Strong sales and negotiation skills. o Ability to understand and present technical details. o Proficient in using POS systems and handling transactions.
Personal Attributes: o Professional appearance and demeanor. o Customer-focused with a positive and approachable attitude. o Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
