Job description

Key Accountabilities

Team Management

  • Team Orientated leadership of the technical departments of the Prestige HUB (incl. Polishing, case assembly and workshop administration). Staff development, recruitment and team building with all HR tasks

Compliance

  • Follow Up the new security polices (spare parts, watches, etc)

 

Organisation / Policy / Procedure

  • Steering and follow up of the brands specific process specifications, quality standards and efficiency goal. Assuring quality through individual support and controls, in line with the requirement of the brands.

KPI Management

  • Management of the workload for watchmakers, in line with admin team requirement.
  • Interface between administrative and technical departments ( inquires, consultations, planning, priorities etc)

Workshop

  • Control and updating of tools and workshop equipment
  • Analysis of warranty services to improve processes, work-flows and quality

Profile

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualified (Bachelor degree) in relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in in a leading customer service role
  • Proven leader displaying excellent communication & people management skills, including demonstrated experience leading a diverse team of employees (direct and/or indirect).
  • Advanced project management skills with agile project/manufacturing management systems (e.g. KANBAN, Scrum)
  • Good knowledge of Lean Management principles/philosophy
  • Very good computer literacy (Excel Intermediate or Advanced, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP (preferable aCSis) essential; IT (SAP) experience, particularly in the preparation of team performance analysis
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
