Are you passionate about luxury timepieces and possess exceptional sales skills? Do you thrive in providing personalized service to discerning clientele?

We're looking for someone to join our luxury Longines boutique as a part-time Retail Sales Advisor on a maternity cover contract to immerse themselves in the world of luxury Swiss watches, starting September 2024.

As a Retail Sales Advisor, you will be the face of our boutique, responsible for delivering unparalleled customer experiences while driving sales of our exquisite range of luxury watches.

You will engage with clients, offering expert advice, showcasing our collection, and guiding them through the purchasing process. Your deep understanding of horology combined with your sales acumen will ensure that every customer finds the perfect timepiece to match their style and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service and cultivating loyalty.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our Longines brand, its history, craftsmanship, and technical specifications.
• Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling inquiries, negotiations, and after-sales services with professionalism.
• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, maximizing revenue and enhancing the clients experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to effectively position our boutique within the luxury watch market.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure the boutique is immaculately presented, merchandise is displayed attractively, and inventory levels are optimised.
• Participate in training sessions to continuously enhance expertise and sales skills.

Profile

• Previous experience in luxury retail sales, preferably within the watch or jewelry industry.
• A passion for luxury watches and a keen eye for detail. •
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse clientele.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
