We are looking for a dedicated Sales Advisor to join our team at the Zermatt Boutique. This is a full-time, permanent position (100%), with a start date of December 1, 2024.

 

Job description

  • Welcome Clients: Provide a warm and professional greeting to clients, ensuring a sales experience that aligns with the brand’s customer service standards.
  • Sales Achievement: Meet and exceed sales objectives through effective client engagement and product knowledge.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure that visual merchandising is in line with company guidelines, maintaining the boutique’s impeccable appearance and organization.
  • Operational Support: Assist the Manager with tasks such as inventory management, reordering stock, and completing various administrative duties.
  • Brand Compliance: Adhere to the Brand’s guidelines regarding dress code, work schedule, and security protocols.

Professional requirements

  • A minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, preferably in the watchmaking industry.

Languages

  • Fluent in English and German, proficiency in another language is a plus.
