In order to reinforce the Swiss Market team in our HQ in Bienne, we are currently looking for a

COMMUNICATION PROJECT LEADER – 6 months contract - 80%

Job description

Main responsibilities will include:

Press Officer tasks :

  • Working and generating content on PR projects and product launches
  • Relationship building with media and digital influencer in Switzerland
  • Creating PR communication plan for Switzerland in collaboration with Marketing Switzerland
  • Regular dispatch for press material to press and influencers (online and offline)
  • Organization of Swiss Press Events (including transports, accommodation, venues, interview schedule)
  • Accompany and take care of Swiss journalists on events
  • Handling requests for interviews / information / pictures / watches etc.
  • Media Monitoring, analyzing data (collect and file clippings, statistics and reviews)
  • Support regarding various information and material requests
  • Control budget, open project sheets, handle invoices
  • Flexibility to interchange tasks within the department when needed
  • Budget responsibility for PR/influencers

Profile

  • Bachelor Degree in Communication or equivalent
  • Copywriting skills
  • Ability and readiness to represent company in terms of PR on events
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • 5 years experience in a dynamic company

You are used to working in a fast-paced, complex environment, developing and implementing creative projects, interacting with a variety of people, and know how to prioritize. You are used to representing your company to third parties. Networking is not only fun for you, it is your passion.

You are also able to work independently and take responsibility for your work.

Languages

You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in German and French (mandatory) and have a good knowledge in English.
