Description du poste

  • Implement retail strategies in line with the company strategy
  • Set qualitative and quantitative objectives of each boutique
  • Establish sales/expense budgets for the retail and be responsible for achieving it in line with Swatch Group and OMEGA policy for the countries and in close cooperation with the local Management
  • Suggest and execute the retail distribution policy for the countries in line with Swatch Group and OMEGA overall distribution policy
  • Give recommendations about overall product, communication, merchandising, distribution strategies and customer experience standards
  • Manage the Retail HQ Team
  • Build structures and processes for the Retail
  • Prepare the retail's management reports
  • Visit boutiques on a regular basis and participate in different events

Profil

  • Good knowledge of luxury
  • At least 10 years’ experience in retail management
  • University degree or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of technology, office programs (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), databases and how they work

Compétences requises

  • Good communication skills to transmit messages to retail employees in the markets and within OMEGA HQ departments
  • Willing and flexible to travel up to 30%

Langues

  • Fluent in English and French; any additional language is a strong advantage
