Job description

You will define and manage regulatory and compliance requirements across all product categories, ensuring that our products meet standards such as REACH, CE, UKCA, FCC, RoHS, and UL. You will guide teams across development, industrialization, procurement, shipping, and production in the application of compliance procedures and tools.

Your responsibilities include reviewing and approving all documentation related to regulatory activities, coordinating tests in certified laboratories, and ensuring adherence to both internal and external standards. Additionally, you will act as the key source of regulatory information, delivering internal compliance training and providing guidance to various departments.

As Sustainability Officer, you will execute and further develop the company’s sustainability program, integrating the latest regulatory developments. You will also maintain close contact with regulatory agencies and the Swatch Group to stay informed of changes, resolve compliance issues, and ensure our products meet all necessary regulations.

Profile

You hold a degree in electrical or quality engineering, supplemented by qualifications in regulatory compliance. You have experience defining approval procedures for electrical safety and radio compliance and possess strong knowledge of relevant directives, including REACH, CE, UKCA, FCC, RoHS, and UL, particularly in relation to electronic and mechanical devices.

Knowledge of transportation regulations, such as IATA for batteries, is an added advantage. A strong interest or experience in sustainability practices is essential.
