eCommerce Sales Manager

Job description

As a eCommerce Sales Manager, the role will be responsible for growing the E-Commerce business  and charged with achieving aggressive profit and sales goals via the internet channel. The E-commerce Manager works closely with Sr. Ecommerce Manager of the brand. This position will be responsible for managing third party vendors, overseeing ROI impact to the business and success assessment.

 This is an on-site office position. 

Profile

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage business activities for the retail e-commerce business.
  • Oversee the daily management of US site with focus on driving E-Commerce sales.
  • Compile and analyze key performance indicators (KPI’s) to forecast needs, control inventory and ensure replenishment needs are met within the Tissot.com US store.
  • Audit & manage online product inventory, images, and content daily.
  • Update website via content management system to launch new products, and regular refresh of home page and category landing pages.
  • Oversee and manage daily interactions with customers relating to all aspects of their transactions.
  • Develop streamlined process for optimizing daily customer interactions.
  • Oversee and coordinate with the fulfillment and shipping team to ensure the flow of product to customers is efficiently accomplished.
  • Manage returned product and disposition.
  • Daily checks of orders processing and fraud checks.
  • Maintain and optimize gateway and merchant accounts. Analyzing transactions and reconciling date with product inventory.
  • Manage and continue to develop the live chat channel, including the platform and Digital Chat Advisors.
  • Troubleshoot all technical issues to optimize customer experience.
  • Work closely with RSM’s and retailer accounts to enhance Tissot’s presence on their sites. Act as point person with these retailers, providing them with necessary assets and ensuring our presence is on-brand while streamlining processes.
  • Analyze and report competition’s e-marketing activities and recommend course of action.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly results reports.
  • Lead the website re-platforming, new website activations and sweepstakes.
  • Review and develop customer loyalty program.
  • All other duties assigned by Management.

Professional requirements

Job Requirements:

  • BA in Business or Marketing, or equivalent experience required.
  • Must possess a minimum of 4 years experience in ecommerce sales 
  • Must have a minimum of 5 plus years in retail direct marketing and expertise in the on-line retail industry preferred. Global luxury brand retail experience preferred.
  • Must be able to demonstrate online marketing including paid search, SEO, email and database marketing, affiliate marketing and e-commerce
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento and Photoshop is a plus.
  • Computer proficiency HTML, SEO
  • Experience with GA4
  • Previous experience Management experience is preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proven track record of increasing revenue and profit within a retail direct marketing environment.
  • Proven ability to work effectively cross functionally with Marketing, Product Development, Customer Service, IT and Global HQ to drive marketing initiatives forward.
  • Creativity in maximizing tight budgets and limited resources will be instrumental to your success.
  • A hands-on self-starter, with a can-do positive attitude, willing to roll up their sleeves to do whatever it takes to get the job done, and a strong work ethic will also be essential.
  • This role requires a good blend of analytical skills and technical knowledge.
  • Excellent computer skills. Experience with Magento platform is a plus.
