Job description

  • The position is temporary, until September 30, 2025
  • Key player in implementing Swiss Timing KPI’s and monitoring strategy
  • Create solutions to provide the right tools to pilot and coordinate international and global projects
  • Help develop our new digital workplace
  • Key voice in promoting and developing new ways to collaborate and interact
  • Latitude/freedom to initiate and carry out optimization projects that can impact the whole company

Key tasks:

  • Manage optimization projects (BI, Power Automate, Power App etc)
  • Create/ maintain Power BI reports
  • Develop and promote new tools linked to our digital workplace
  • User support for business application (MS365, Power BI, D365)

Profile

  • You hold a degree in management or computer science or an equivalent degree
  • Ideally you also hold a certification in project management
  • You are inspired by a spirit of continuous improvement and ready to go the extra mile to achieve your goals
  • Having a “make it happen” and solution-oriented attitude, you also are an open minded team player
  • You are structured, systematic, and organized in your work
  • Focused on effectiveness and efficiency
  • You are optimistic, motivating, and visionary

Professional requirements

  • Management, Computer science, or an equivalent degree
  • Project management experience
  • Travel availability (approximately 20%) in Deutschland/Switzerland and abroad

Languages

  • Fluent English
  • German or French would be an advantage.
