We are looking for an enthusiastic E-commerce Executive in Singapore to join our Singapore Swatch Team.
Job description
As an E-commerce Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our E-Commerce operations and strategy. You will work closely with relevant stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver product features that drive our online sales and enhance the customer experience.
In this role you will:
• Manage E-Commerce business and analyse closely the current and emerging e-commence trends, KPI results of online marketing such as CRM campaigns, search engines and affiliated programs.
• Manage Market Place business and liaise with the partners & stakeholders (internal and external) to propose, develop and initiate new online strategies/plans and events to boost online sales.
• Manage payment security & customer purchase
• Ensure stock at the optimum level and assist in monitoring purchasing function when required
• Evaluating and monitoring the market situation, providing feedback to the E-Commence Department for initiating appropriate strategy or activating any necessary changes.
• Liaise closely with the E-Commence team in HQ and relevant Departments to work out and monitor the strategies like market coverage, sales advertising and promotion as well as submitting daily/weekly/monthly progressive reports of sales performance etc.
• Website local content management
• Understand customers’ buying behavior using web analytics tools
• Manage daily online sales operations including new orders, payment procedures, inventory returns and customer service co-working with logistics and sales/marketing teams.
• Manage operations of e-commerce channels supporting marketing and sales to ensure ecommerce business is in line with brand’s positioning.
Profile
You are proactive, flexible, and responsible with strong communication skills as well as pronounced analytical, technical, and planning skills. Customer, service, and solution oriented, you are used to work in fast moving, international environments and deal well with priorities and tight deadlines.
You bring excellent communication and negotiation skills and are able to work independently. Moreover, you are a strong team player with good interpersonal skills, building relationships within the team, other teams and key stakeholders.
Professional requirements
- Degree in a relevant study with minimum 3 years of proven experience in a similar role in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Proficient in E-Commerce business and trends
- Experience with SEO best practices, analytics tools, and A/B testing methodologies
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Office
- Merchandising knowledge is an advantage
