Datacenter Network & Security Engineer
Job description
The Senior Datacenter Network & Security Engineer will be in charge, within the according team, of the compliance of the infrastructures reside on Datacenters.
In addition, the Senior Datacenter Network & Security Engineer collaborates with the 1st level support plus the 2st level operation. You’ll have a detailed understanding of all services provided by the IT Infrastructure Department.
Your responsibilities
- Propose corporate compliant solutions for network and security to fulfil their needs
- Secure the infrastructure and applications on Datacenter Network.
- Sync-up meeting organization
- Chose the proper software version test and deploy
- Setup operational procedures and train the IT operation team
- Bring the technical and architectural competences in troubleshooting ad-hoc teams
- Contact with suppliers (licensing, support, TAM )
- Service management (billing, services description, kpi...)
- Works on innovations for the continuous improvement of the service and implements the new solutions
- Execution of 3rd level support and coordination for assigned services, problems and domains
Profile
You have a deeper knowledge in:
- Datacenter technologies.
- Cisco ACI datacenter.
- Security Firewall Fortinet & Pal Alto technology
- CISCO Nexus networking.
- DWDM transmission technologies.
Professional requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s or ES degree or equivalent in computer science
- Information technology infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification or experience with ITIL is a a plus
- Cisco CCNP/CCIE certifications
- Palo Alto and Fortinet certifications
