Job description
Monitoring & Analysis
- Regular review of monthly financial and operational reports of Group companies
- Comparison of actual results with targets, analysis of discrepancies
- Adhoc reviews and analysis of specific subjects as requested by Group CEO/CCO
Planning & Controlling
- Review operational processes, systems and structures of Group companies on their effectiveness and efficiency and initiate corrective actions, if needed
- Organize and perform Operational Reviews/Cost Reviews
- Design, implement and maintain state-of-the-art controlling instruments (cost accounting, KPIs, etc.)
Compliance & Audits
- Ensure compliance of Group companies with generally accepted business standards and Swatch Group principles and guidelines
- Developp Audits Guidelines on specific subject and perform on-site Audits as required
Cross Functional Support
- Participate in strategic projects such as acquisitions, restructurings, built-up of new activities, etc.

- Good influencing and team working skills to be able to build trust with colleagues and others
- Hands-on approach (rather than consulting role)
- Project Management experience an added advantage
- Willingness to travel (~20%)
Professional requirements
- Experience around 3-5 years working experience in a related function in an operational company, ideally with previous managerial experience
- Computer literate, functional in all standard MS Office package & financial/statistical systems
- University degree in Business Economics/Accounting. CIA, CPA or Certified Expert in Accounting and Controlling as an added advantage
Languages
- German or French mother tongue, fluent in English, other languages as an added advantage
