We are looking for a person enthusiastic about retail channel and analytics, who wants to acquire an overview of Retail Operations function and develop organisational and analytical skills, proactively contributing to projects’ development and bringing his/her knowhow and expertise gained during years of study.

 

Your activities will include:

- Support the Retail Coordinator in the production of reports for management and our HQ and "Power Point" presentations related to special projects, ensuring in a precise and proactive manner the correct execution of assigned tasks;

- Actively collaborate with Retail Operations function in the drafting of analyses and reports, processing of shop material, translation of product guidelines;

- Supporting the Retail Coordinator in management of stock controlling and other activities related to the development of retail network.

- Contribute to the development of further activities requested by management with initiative, curiosity and speed of thought and action

- Support the Retail Coordinator in management of internal audit activities within our stores, ensuring that deadlines are met.

Profile

To be successful in this role, we imagine you to have:

  • Degree in economics or business administration.
  • Complete knowledge of MS Office, with particular focus on Excel, Power Point, and good familiarity with the use of computer systems.
  • Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English.
  • Organisational skills and ability to manage assignments on time, with accuracy and proactiviy
  • Analytical mindset and good logical-mathematical skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility, willingness to change and strong problem-solving skills

Languages
