Job description
- Responsible for establishing all custom and transport documents (Invoices, Delivery notes, Packing lists, shipping orders, export declaration, Carnet ATA’s…)
- Responsible for shipping material all around the world and follow up
- Support the team for tasks related to shipping administrative documents
- Staff, financial and material responsibilities (with indication of quality and quantity targets as well as deadlines
- Establishing all documents needed in accordance with corresponding law.
- Meet preparation and delivery deadlines
