Job description
In your function you will oversee and lead the planning, execution, and delivery of our flawless Multisports Services. This includes managing the overall lifecycle of Multisports Services projects, from the initial stages through to successful event delivery, driving continuous improvements within the PMO.
You will lead and manage a dynamic team while being responsible for the timely and efficient execution of international events, such as the Olympic Games, World Games, or Commonwealth Games. You will also contribute to shaping the strategic direction of the department and ensuring alignment with company goals. In your role, you will focus on driving cost optimization, customer satisfaction, self-management, leadership, process improvements, and innovation. This will require both operational expertise in sports events and strong leadership capabilities to guide and motivate your team to deliver excellence.
Profile
You hold a degree in Business Administration (or a related field) along with a project management certification, providing you with a solid foundation for success. With a minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing large-scale sports events, you have a proven track record of delivering results.

As a solutions-oriented leader, you thrive on continuous improvement, always looking for innovative ways to enhance processes and drive efficiency. Your visionary approach, paired with strong communication skills, allows you to engage stakeholders at all levels and ensure seamless alignment and successful outcomes.
Professional requirements
- Certificate in Business Administration (or a related field)
- PMO or PMP certification required
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing large-scale sports events
Languages
- Fluency in English
- French or German would be a plus
