HR IT Business Analyst

Job description

As an HR IT expert, your main activities include the following:

  • Support the HR community to analyze their requirements and design, configure, develop, train and test.
  • Support and maintain HR Applications (level 1 & 2), with Swiss Payroll focus (ERP HR, SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Talent management)) & ProConcept. 
  • Analyze, implement et document new IT processes in the HR domain.
  • Perform regular maintenance IT tasks on applications.
  • Participate or take responsibility for some HR IT projects.

Professional requirements

To perform this position in the best possible way, you must have the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience on Swiss Payroll ERP ProConcept.
  • Strong knowledge in HR payroll solution ProConcept.
  • Knowledge of the SAP HCM or SuccessFactors modules (HR Core, eRecruitment, Personnel Administration).
  • Technical expertise on ORACLE, SQL Server and PL/SQL knowledge are required.
  • Swiss IT Diploma (ES) / Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science or in any related field.

Languages

  • You communicate fluently in French and German. English is an advantage.
