Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing customer a good shopping experience.
  • Achieving sales target by identifying customers’ need, recommending the right product and closing the sale.
  • Assist Boutique Manager in monitoring sales target and motivating staff to attain the sales target. Work closely with the team in achieving the sales target.
  • Perform CRM and coordinate with Management for activities. Ensure all customer data are entered correctly.
  • Oversee walk-in customer repair services and ensure that staff follow up closely on each repair services.
  • Guide staff in giving exemplary quality customer service.
  • Ensure that watches are merchandise in accordance to guideline.
  • Ensure all sales and stock reports, customers service documents are accurately complied and filed.
  • Submits reports of staff attendance, overtime claim in time.
  • Ensure that all staff are informed of important messages, emails to ensure a smooth retail operation.

Profile

Preferred Profile

  • Minimum 5 experience in a luxury Retail boutique and 2 years senior/ supervisor level experience in luxury industry.
  • Strong and aggressive sales with luxury industry background. 
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to foster teamwork and a "can do" attitude
  • Entrepreneurial spirit to develop your own business and build long-lasting client relationships.
  • Deep understanding of client needs and priorities (internal and external clients)
  • Intellectual curiosity and a passion for learning.

Professional requirements

  • Strong interest in the universes of Fine Watchmaking and Arts de Vivre
  • Comfortable using Excel, Word, SAP
