Senior Integration Program Manager

For our Integration team in the Group Applications Services division, we are looking for a highly experienced Sr. Integration Program Manager to support us in our overall Integration activities in Biel/Bienne & Bussigny.

Job description

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Planning the overall program roadmap and managing the progress with Department head and other stakeholders
  • Managing the risks and issues and taking corrective measures
  • Coordinating the integration projects and their interdependencies across several companies of Swatch Companies and external partners
  • Managing stakeholders’ communication and expectations
  • Demand management and assist in sprint planning of Integration Program in an agile way to achieve the overall Program Roadmap
  • Operational processes setup and co-ordination of handover to different companies
  • Assist the department head and team in day-to-day co-ordination of activities and setup processes to optimize the team productivity

Profile

  • At least 10 years of Program Management experience in large scale IT Programs or overall at least over 25 years’ experience as an IT Project Manager
  • Experience in managing SAP Integration projects or SAP technical project management experience would be an added advantage experience
  • Experience in working in any agile methodology (SCRUM) with tools like JIRA and well-versed with ServiceNow
  • Proven expertise in managing infrastructure as well as application and data integration projects is a must
  • Ability to work positively with a wide range of individuals
  • Good analytical skills and solution-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills

Professional requirements

Education

  • Technically qualified in the Information technology field (IT degree or Master’s degree)

Languages

  • Fluent in English & French
  • German will be an asset
