Job description
• Skilled in the use of felt and variety of buffs, including lapping.
• Responsible for polishing stainless steel and precious metal components.
• Cleaning using ultrasonic equipment.
• Adhere to scheduled completion dates.
• Ensure that supplies and materials are reordered as needed.
• Special projects as required.

Profile
We are looking for a committed and passionate Watch Polisher with a serious eye for quality to join us and play a pivotal part in our customer’s experience. To allow us to achieve customer excellence, we are looking to recruit an experienced Polisher with experience in servicing a variety of luxury Swiss made watches.
Professional requirements
• Impeccable attention to detail and ability to clearly follow and where needed, switch between detailed instructions
• Experience of working towards set targets
• A self-motivated individual who is able to deliver high standards of quality, in line with Brand standards
• A strong interest in developing a long-term career with the Swatch Group
• Two years’ experience in polishing of precious metals and Stainless steel preferred.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Excellent manual dexterity.
• Familiarity with timepieces helpful.
