Ecommerce Specialist

We are looking for an eCommerce Specialist who will be responsible for supporting and growing the existing e-commerce sales through, including but not limited to, data analysis, merchandising, and promotional techniques for all online properties. This individual is responsible for implementing and regularly maintaining our eCommerce and digital initiatives for new products, highlights, best-sellers, etc. Major responsibilities include identifying, evaluating, and implementing ongoing improvements to our corporate website and other online presence, working to optimize performance.

This position is a full-time, on-site position. We are located in the Blue Lagoon Area in Miami.  

Profile

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Website Maintenance:

-  Maintain product catalog to offer ongoing updates of product upsells, cross sells and merchandising throughout the website and develop pages and content as needed.                                                                                                         - Audit and analyze website channels daily to ensure that information is accurate, content is current, pages are free of errors and appropriately merchandised in the various categories.
-    Update brand shops and category banners.
-    Manage and implement constant updates/improvements of on-site merchandise, considering new collection launches, stock availability, price changes, sell-out performance, and new customer experience features.
-    Assist with the collection launches across all ecommerce channels by ensuring the product uploads, copy and banner updates.

Operations:

-    Manage website inventory and replenishment
-    Trouble shoot technical issues to ensure a great customer experience
-    Work in-tandem with Customer Service and IT teams for order management purposes
-    Support testing and development of enhancements/functionality for the e-commerce platform
-    Testing cross browser and cross platform compatible content (Ex: IE, Firefox, Safari, Chrome)
-    Assist in in daily Amazon functions including product launches, merchandising, customer inquiries, audits, reporting
-    Assist with assortment selection for 3rd party vendors

Analyses:

-    Leverage Google Analytics to prepare monthly reports to identify and analyze market trends, sales, and opportunities to enhance the eComm experience and forecast the impact of potential changes
-    Generate monthly reports from different relevant data sources pertaining to eCommerce/digital performance.

Professional requirements

Education and Experience Requirements:

-    Must have a Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent experience
-    Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience
-    Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
-    Experience building and working with a CMS to manage a website (Magento experience a Plus)
-    Understanding of SEO, Webmaster Tools, Google Ads, Google Analytics and web traffic
-    Must be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
-    Excellent proofreading and fact-checking skills
-    Excellent interpersonal communication skills
-    Strong written communication skills
-    Knowledge of watch/jewelry industry highly desired
-    Self-starter with strong sense of ownership, ability to work autonomously, and navigate/succeed in ambiguity
-    Understanding of responsive coding/design
-    Basic proficiency with SAP (ERP) desired.
-    Excellent creative and conceptual thinking abilities

Physical Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the Ecommerce Specialist to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
