We are looking for a person enthusiastic about support Trade Marketing activities in the Italian market for the Swatch and Flik Flak brands, with particular focus on in-store Visual Merchandising. Ensure the excellence execution marketing operational channel activities, from the planning phase to the implementation phase.
Reporting hierarchically to the Swatch & Flik Flak Trade Marketing Manager. The position is based in the Milan office, and availability for even frequent national and international transfers is required.
Your activities will include:
- Support the local team on the creation of special window and POS materials in the retail and wholesale channel after establishing them with the Trade Marketing Manager.
- Work in synergy with the retail department, Swiss Headquarters and Swatch stores for the implementation of the trade marketing projects and in-store activities.
- Support the Trade Marketing Manager in the execution of Trade Marketing activities in both the Retail and Wholesale channels.
- Interacting with both internal and stakeholders including suppliers; support on coordinating activity flows with other business functions impacted by trade activities.
- Support on managing the fulfillment of VM materials, handling requests from Area Managers, Visual Merchandisers, and stores.
Profile
To be successful in this role, we imagine you to have:
- A comprehensive knowledge of the office package is required, as well as general familiarity with the use of computer systems including 'Power Point'. Knowledge of the English language and excellent communication skills are required.
- Degree in economics, marketing or similar sciences and even previous project management/trade marketing experience complete the profile.
- A fresh, positive and resilient attitude will be fundamental for the role.
