Are you a dynamic and detail-oriented professional looking for an exciting opportunity?

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing sales reports for our brand, as well as supporting the sales team with various administrative tasks.

  • Prepare and analyze brand sales reports to report data to brand management in Spain and HQ
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Maintain and update customer databases.
  • Coordinate and organize product presentations to support the sales team
  • Support the retail team in projects and tasks related to daily operations
  • Liaise with Finance, Logistics and Distribution to ensure the business runs smoothly
  • Forecast new collections and elaborate launch plans for the different sales channels.

  • Ensure the optimization of the assortment and stock level of each customer (bestsellers, new products, stock width and depth).

Profile

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

Strong analytical skills

Professional requirements

Previous experience in a similar role.

Bachelor degree.
Advanced office suite user

Languages

Fluent in English

Other languages as a plus
