Job description
Customer Service Administration
- Provide first level technical support, hand watch to Diagnostics
- Operate telephone to receive and forward calls and schedule appointments
- Monitor phone call frequency, waiting time, customer complaints and number of customers that bring their products to the reception, schedule appointments, and
maintain appointment calendars. - Calculate and quote prices or rates for products or services to customers
- Send & receive/repairs from retailers
- Processing and follow up on repair orders, processing and follow up on estimate requests, processing & creating on estimate requests, ensure client notification
about eventual delays - Clean & tidy of watch boxes, packing material and rest consumables materials for sending watches inventory 4 times per year

Professional requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business administration or any related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant customer service experience
- Good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel), ERP systems
- Good command of English
Languages
Excellent Knowledge of English Language
