The company

With the expansion of our retail network and the opening of our new store in Bruges, we are looking for our future Store Manager for our store.

Job description

Your mission

You will be responsible for coaching, inspiring and motivating your team to achieve sales targets. As the brand's first ambassador, you will embody the Swatch/Flik-Flak values and guarantee the highest standards of welcome and customer experience.

Your responsibilities

Sales :

  • Optimize results and achieve sales targets, making continuous adjustments as necessary;
  • Define and execute action plans to develop sales;
  • Advise and sell products presented in the Store;
  • Manage and monitor stocks and inventories;
  • Quality of welcome, service and merchandise presentation;
  • Customer acquisition and loyalty;
  • Assist other sales staff during sales (service, etc.);

Team management :

  • Foster a pleasant and motivating work environment;
  • Ensure compliance with Retail operating procedures and brand guidelines;
  • Transmit to the team a passion for brand development, customer service and respect for Swatch/Flik Flak values;
  • Support staff in acquiring skills and reflexes in the field (sales techniques, products, visual merchandising);
  • Organize all Store tasks to optimize customer service;

Continuous learning :

  • Maintain and improve own knowledge of products and techniques ;
  • Participation in training courses ;
  • Sharing knowledge and experience with colleagues.

Job type : Full time, permanent contract

Skills required

Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written; any other language is an asset.
