International E-commerce Intern

We are looking for an International E-commerce Intern for our Digital department.

In this role, your main tasks will be to :

Website maintenance

• Management of market support tickets
• Assist with the QA testing of the website to identify and troubleshoot any technical or formatting issues
• Work with the team to implement the e-merchandising strategy
• Perform other duties as assigned by the E-commerce team

SEO & Content support

• Support content updates and uploads within the CMS
• Weekly benchmark and monitoring of competitors and other brands websites to produce CRO recommendations and define AB test roadmap
• Analyze through tools to produce recommendations to increase the efficiency of e-commerce buying paths, by breaking down the various stages of the buying tunnel (from traffic acquisition to conversion)
• Assist with keyword research, content optimization, and implementation of SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility

Reporting and Analysis

• Assist in generating reports on website performance, sales data, and other key metrics
• Analyzing the results of A/B tests on website design and functionality

Profil

Strong interest in digital technology, e-commerce and innovation
Clear communicator, problem solver, organized work style, dedicated to user-centricity with a growth mindset
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy
Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus
Basic understanding of SEO principles is a plus

Langues

Excellent communication skills in English and French, both spoken and written
