The role
With the expansion of our Retail network and the opening of our new boutique in Brussels, Longines is looking for a motivated Assistant Boutique Manager (M/F/X) to strengthen its team at its new boutique in the heart of Brussels.

Your responsabilities
- You support the Boutique Manager in achieving commercial and operational objectives, actively contributing to the achievement and surpassing of expected results.
- You support the team in building customer loyalty, developing their skills and creating an exceptional customer experience.
- You participate in the organization and management of the store's daily activities, ensuring smooth operations and proper inventory management (replenishment, transfers, stocktaking).
- You play a key role in leading and motivating the team, organizing regular briefings to align objectives, share strategies, and celebrate collective successes.
- You ensure the implementation of the brand's visual and merchandising guidelines, to maintain an inspiring sales environment in line with company standards.
- You support the Boutique Manager in monitoring team performance, taking part in appraisals and helping to draw up individual development plans.
- You ensure smooth and efficient communication between the Boutique and the Head Office (HQ), as well as with other departments, to guarantee the alignment of objectives and actions.
- You act as an ambassador for the brand, embodying its values and image with the team and customers.
Profile
Your profile
- You have a sales background or equivalent, with several years' experience in a boutique, ideally in the luxury goods or watchmaking sector.
- You have already held a position with managerial responsibilities, where you have demonstrated your ability to lead and motivate a team.
- You are at ease with customer relations and know how to create lasting connections thanks to your warm, personalized approach.
- You are familiar with the local market and ideally have a solid network of customer or partner contacts.
- You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to unite the team and maintain a positive, dynamic working environment.
- You are organized and have strong planning skills to effectively manage store priorities.
- You demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit, approaching challenges with proactivity, creativity and a constant drive for improvement.
- You are able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the Boutique Manager and the team.
- You have a keen sense of customer service and are passionate about customer satisfaction and experience.

Professional requirements
- You have a sales background or equivalent experience, with several years' experience in a boutique, ideally in the luxury goods or watchmaking sector.
Languages
- You have a perfect knowledge of French and English, and knowledge of another language is an additional asset.
