Job description
Sales/Operations:
• Provide sales support to North American Team
• Maintain sales orders in the US & Canada, and international purchase orders through the brand’s headquarters based in Germany
• Serve as liaison between Sales and Marketing Managers, as well as Distribution Center and Sales Support teams
• Maintain authorized dealer list and track all new account submissions
• Monitor and manage CRM database, and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Respond to dealer inquiries including product availability, spare parts orders and special requests
• Produce weekly sales & inventory reports and monthly sales analysis
• Monitor and maintain sales incentive programs
• Update pricelists and order forms to be distributed to Sales Team
• Assist Sales and Marketing Managers in the preparation and execution of events
• Miscellaneous administrative duties:
• Return request forms
• Consignment request forms
• Process invoices and credit memos
• Purchase order data entry
• Maintain backorder and special requests
• Inventory reconciliation

Profile
Glashütte Original is seeking an analytical, enthusiastic and brand passionate Sales Operations Coordinator to lead operational functions for the Brand in the US and Canada. This position is based in New York, NY, and reports directly to the Brand’s North American President.
Professional requirements
• Bachelors’ degree in Business Management or Operations is preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Expert Microsoft Excel skills required; proficiency in Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, etc.) preferred
• SAP experience is required
• Team player, self-motivated, detail oriented with ability to multitask
