Job Scope

To support the OMEGA team with implementing the retail and trade marketing strategy. Support the Head of Marketing and the wider team with the roll-out of projects as well as daily tasks and marketing administration.

Key Responsibilities

Point of Sale
• Management of ongoing SIS programme with HQ, retailers & suppliers
• Efficiently manage the roll-out of new POS campaigns as per HQ guidelines
• Management of POS for the OMEGA Boutiques
• Ensure sufficient POS stocks are maintained in the central warehouse
• Manage POS requests in line with budget available
• Co-ordinate local POS requests with the VM team where appropriate
• Manage special POS requests from customers

Advertising
• Assist the Head of Marketing in planning & delivery of the campaign in line with HQ
• Ensure the field sales team & OMEGA Boutique are aware of all advertising activity
• Ongoing monitoring of competitor activity & reporting to brand team
• Management & delivery of Ireland media plan

Trade Marketing
• Responsible for assisting in and preparing full marketing and individual trade marketing plans
• Assisting Head of Marketing to prepare and implement promotional marketing activity requested by customers, including direct mail, co-op magazines and advertising

Boutique
• Assist the Head of Marketing in the creation & management of an ongoing Boutique event calendar to drive footfall & support the existing Boutique client base
• Ongoing liaison with Boutique and visual merchandisers to ensure all POS & visuals are correct & updated in line with brand campaigns
• Managing stationery & GWP stock levels

Events
• Ongoing event management & support for all brand events
• Ad hoc event support depending on campaign/seasonality

Administration
• Prepare all official documentation for signature and action to appropriate departments
• Deal efficiently with calls from field sales staff/customers/retailers/PR & Advertising agents
• Answering all UK Service and email enquiries
• Ordering gift items
• Maintain a good standard of IT expertise
• Set up and maintain office filing and working procedures covering key areas of administration
• Ensure all company information and brand literature are always up-to-date and available
• Ensure all consumer/customer enquiries are dealt with in a quick and efficient manner • Establish excellent lines of communication with internal and external personnel

Professional requirements

- Strong ability to prioritize, organize, and multitask effectively.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Enthusiasm, and passion for luxury watches, along with the ability to thrive in a busy, demanding environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, as this role requires significant interaction with retailers, consumers, internal departments, and the broader SGUK group.
- Proficient in IT, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; experience with SAP is desirable but not essential.
- Interest and experience in digital and social media marketing.
