The Role

As a Senior Sales Associate, you will be a key ambassador for the OMEGA brand, responsible for achieving sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service, and cultivating strong client relationships within the boutique. You will take on supervisory duties as needed, including opening and closing the boutique, while also leading and motivating the team to ensure continued success.

  • Support Boutique Management with day-to-day operational tasks as required.
  • Lead the team in meeting and surpassing sales targets.
  • Uphold the highest service standards through the OMEGA sales ceremony.
  • Build and maintain a strong client database through effective sales and relationship management.
  • Focus on fostering meaningful VIP relationships with local clientele.
  • Open and close the boutique independently when needed.
  • Ensure the boutique runs smoothly in the absence of the Boutique Manager and Assistant Boutique Manager.
  • Perform daily security stock counts to ensure inventory integrity.
  • Oversee the organisation, replenishment, and storage of backup stock, visual merchandising materials, product packaging, instruction booklets, and warranties.
  • Provide feedback to the Boutique Manager on team performance and areas for improvement.
  • Continuously develop in-depth knowledge of the OMEGA brand and product range.
  • Stay informed about stock availability, delays, backorders, and discontinued product lines.
  • Complete E-Learning modules as required to stay up to date with training and knowledge

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 2 years retail experience in the luxury sector preferred
  • Highly developed and proven customer service and client relationship skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Good computer literacy skills
  • Good time management skills

  • Impeccable grooming and presentation
