Job Description

Sales & Ecommerce Coordinator – Rado Brand

We are looking for Sales & Ecommerce Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting the day-today operations within the Brand. This individual will work with different teams to ensure order processing, outstanding customer service and maintain inventory levels across our different sales channels. This position focuses on reporting and business analytics and will support the entire operation.

This is an on-site position in Miami, Florida. 

Profile

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain product catalog to offer ongoing updates of product upsells, cross sells and merchandising throughout the website and develop pages and content as needed.
  • Support testing and development of enhancements/functionality for the e-commerce platform.
  • Conduct competitive analysis in order to identify trends and opportunities for enhanced eComm experience – Monthly or as needed
  • Promote collection launches through product uploads, copy, banner updates
  • Support local sales planning, customer service, and logistics teams, to ensure Ecommerce stock needs are met
  • Work with Sales Support, Operations and IT Department to ensure orders are processed in a timely manner.
  • Provide Luxury Customer Service while educating the customer about new products and services offered by the brand through Website Chat
  • Assist with Inventory Management on the website
  • Create product description and provide digital assets to third party vendors that will help customers make informed purchase decisions
  • Address Customer concerns via email, phone or social media.

Sales

  • Work with cross functional teams to execute delivery of allocated product to accounts
  • Coordinate new SKU set up process.
  • Enter POs and Ship Notes for all incoming shipments and maintain shipment logs.
  • Coordinate and maintain records of all consignment.
  • Coordinate all aspects of Bill of Materials that accompany product (boxes, instruction manuals, et al), set up references in SAP, address replacement requests, and oversee warehouse inventory levels.
  • Submit return authorizations for approvals, enter into SAP and maintain files.
  • Maintain miscellaneous files, track special requests, follow up on client needs and issues as directed.
  • Analyzing retail sales trends and suggesting actions to support.
  • Analyze and determine inventory needs by network
  • All other duties assigned by Management

Professional Requirements

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent training experience required.
  • Magento or Magento 2 Experience is a plus
  • 1-2 years’ experience in online sales
  • Microsoft Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, VLookup)
  • Microsoft PowerPoint proficiency
  • Excellent proofreading and fact-checking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Company product, watch/jewelry industry is a plus
  • Self-starter with strong sense of ownership, ability to work autonomously, and navigate/succeed in ambiguity
