The Role

We are looking for an Assistant Boutique Manager to join our new team in Collins Street. This position is responsible for assisting the Boutique Manager in the areas of sales, management, operations, customer service and team leadership. We are seeking an individual who strives to lead by example, have the ability to motivate the team and provide clients with a quality customer service experience. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Boutique Manager with operational tasks including rostering,  general administration, staff training, inventory planning and problem solving. 
  •  Motivate staff to optimise performance and strive to achieve monthly sales targets 
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are being upheld
  • Ensure all staffing, escalations and operational issues are handled correctly
  • Support Boutique Manager in implementing sales training and E-learning training 
  • Assist with daily and monthly reporting and inventory management 
  • Ensure the highest levels of customer service is being upheld

Skills and Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business administration preferred
  • Minimum 5 years retail experience in the high-range product or luxury sector preferred
  • Highly developed and proven customer service Skills
  • Proven staffing management experience
  • Computer literacy skills: Word, Excel;
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Numerical and financial skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
