Project Manager Supply Chain

Job description

You will act as a supply chain expert and project coordinator for various projects within mainly country organizations. The main domains shall be related to order management, warehouse engineering with related S&OP processes and flows documentation and planning.

  • This involves analysis, definitions and documentation of new data set-up, to-be processes, algorithms, data flows, KPIs as well roles and responsibilities.
  • You will prepare, various logistics documentation, assess through workshops and / or on premises visits all topics related to logistics and when needed lead required change management processes.
  • For all the Swatch Group worldwide entities, you will identify the gaps between the best practices and existing business processes and flows, in order to propose adequate and smart operational solutions in warehousing.
  • You will also prepare, complete and execute key user training documentation as well as give the training itself.
  • You will assist business during cut over execution and the post go live period on specific projects.
  • You will act as project manager in an international environment especially in the field of warehouse re-engineering.

Profile

You have a deeper knowledge in :

  • SAP R3
  • SAP4Hana.
  • Warehouse management systems for SAP environment.
  • Statistical methods and optimization, MS Excel (lookup, pivot table, macros) and MS Project.

Professional requirements

  • University Engineering degree in Supply Chain or in distribution centers for B2B and B2C and logistics operational re-engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the implementation of Supply Chain Information System solutions and achieved expertise in Supply Chain Management processes (especially sales forecasting, order management, warehouse management systems).
  • Competent handling of common computer tools and MS Office.
  • You possess excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills and are customer focused and team minded.
  • You have strong knowledge and experience in project management
