Job description

  • Ship to Europe, Asia, Canada, and the Caribbean
  • Create all necessary documentation needed for export
  • Use SAP to process orders to completion
  • File forms online with USFWS for export of CITES and MOP product
  • Ensure compliance with all export regulations
  • File SED's using ACE
  • Coordinate with Freight Forwarders for Air and Ocean export of large shipments
  • Process Carnet shipments for return to Switzerland or Germany
  • Coordinate with Armored Carriers for export of high value product.

Profile

The Swatch Group is seeking for an Export Administrator to join our Secaucus based Logistics team. This role handles the paperwork, logistics, and compliance aspects for all shipments leaving the U.S. 

 

 

Professional requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years export experience
  • International logistics experience with all modes of transport
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail
