About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join The Swatch Group (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd as a Boutique Manager for the brand Omega. As the Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the boutique, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. This full-time position is based in Sabah.

What you'll be doing

  • Overseeing the overall management and operations of the boutique, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting

  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and meet targets

  • Coaching and mentoring the boutique team to enhance their skills and performance

  • Ensuring the boutique maintains high standards of visual merchandising and brand presentation

  • Collaborating with the regional team to execute marketing and promotional activities

  • Monitoring and analysing sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the luxury or fashion industry

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team

  • Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to deliver a premium brand experience

  • Proven track record in driving sales and achieving targets

  • Strong commercial acumen and financial management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Familiarity with retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual display

Professional requirements

  • Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management or any relevant course of study

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
