Swatch Group: Additional members named to the Executive Group Management Board and in the Extended Group Management Board

At its last meeting, the Board of Directors of the Swatch Group made the following appointments to its Executive Group Management Board and the Extended Group Management Board: 

  • Pierre-André Bühler, Head of ETA SA Manufacture Horlogère Suisse and previous member of the Extended Group Management Board has been appointed member of the Executive Group Management Board. 
  • Raynald Aeschlimann, Head of International Sales atOmega Ltd., Hans-Rudolf Gottier, Head of of Micro Crystal Ltd, Calogero Polizzi, Head of IT at Swatch Group, and Jean-Claude Eggen, member of the Management of ETA SA Manufacture Horlogère Suisse, have been named new members of the Extended Group Management Board.

Appointments are effective as of 1 January 2013. The appointees’ previous responsibilities will be retained and unchanged.
