Changes to the Extended Group Management Board

Biel / Bienne (switzerland), 27 February, 2008 – The Executive Group Management Board of Swatch Group is making the following staff changes in the Group’s production division, effective as of March 1, 2008:

Mr. Thomas Meier, previously responsible for ETA SA, is being appointed to the top management of Frédéric Piguet SA, the Group's movement manufacturer in the top segment. He will remain a member of the Swatch Group’s Extended Group Management Board.

His successor taking on responsibility for ETA SA will be Mr. Pierre-André Bühler, previously operational manager of Nivarox-FAR SA. In this function, Mr. Bühler will also be a member of the Swatch Group’s Extended Group Management Board.

Responsibility for Nivarox-FAR will be assumed by Mr. Thierry Straehl, who was previously responsible for the area of finance in the same company. In addition, the top management of Nivarox-FAR will be reinforced by the addition of Mr. Marco Verardo and Mr. Roger Juillet.
