We are looking for a person enthusiastic both about Marketing, who will support the local team in shaping and executing the Italian marketing and communication strategies in alignment with the brand's vision, mission, and goals.
You will play a pivotal role in creating, developing and implementing effective local content and marketing initiatives including creation of social media contents and Swatch brand activation in a phygital environment.
By doing so, you will contribute to increasing brand awareness, market share, and client engagement across the Italian market.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Proactively support the Marketing Manager in the conception and implementation of new marketing and communication ideas to inject the colors and joy of life of Swatch brand into the Italian target.
- Creation and implementation of astonishing contents for local social media and tactical digital campaigns to talk with all the brand targets through products concept and collections.
- Ideation and implementation of pioneered brand activations and special projects to surprise the Italian market spreading around the Swatch brand values.
- Systematically observe the competitive scenario, identify new social trends and influencer to be activated as communication opportunities for the Italian market.
- Be the Italian partner in the implementation and execution of the worldwide loyalty program, with a focus on the local initiatives that will drive customer retention and building an engaged, loyal community connected to the brand.
- Independently ensure the correct execution of the assigned activities, collaborating with all the brand function including internal and external counterparties.
- Create synergy with all the marketing functions including media digital and traditional, social media, marketing communication, trade marketing, event and PR.
- Carry out other activities to support the marketing manager, e.g. management of marketing budget items, using dedicated IT tools.
Il vostro profilo
To be successful in this role, we imagine you to have:
- +5years of previous experience in brand communication/events/social media management, content creation.
- Creativity, proactivity approach, project management and a can-do attitude.
- Curiosity and ability to observe new social media trends, creators, areas and themes that contribute to shaping the culture of the time, with particular focus on Generation Z.
- A comprehensive knowledge of the office package
- Familiarity with graphic and video editing
- Excellent people and communication skills
Conoscenze delle lingue
Knowledge of the English language at professional level is required
