THE JOB
- Ensure the implementation of new regulatory subjects including the associated coordination with Swatch Group and internal stakeholders.
- Support Product and Marketing departments on compliance and quality risk management during development phase of new products.
- Implement and maintain the management of documents, ensuring accordance with Swatch Group and other regulatory standards.
- Lead the deployment of product and packaging compliance requirements according to existing legal and environmental regulations.
- Represent Hamilton at group level as sustainability officer.
- Coordination of the internal Sustainability committee, leading the associated roadmap.
- Organize, monitor, and validate homologations during the development phase of new products (watches and merchandising), initiate corrective actions if necessary.
- Coordination of different quality-related projects, internally and at group level.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for the improvement of business processes.
- Provide technical support to internal and external partners on specific topics.
- Deputy of "Team Leader Quality Control".
YOUR SKILLS
- Technical education with added education in Product Compliance / Quality Assurance
- Several years of professional experience in the field, ideally in the watch industry
- Project experience in cross-functional teams
- Ability to work following legal requirements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Initiative-taking and solution oriented
- People oriented who can work autonomously
- Native French or German with particularly good knowledge of the other language as well as good English skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office & SAP
