We are looking for a talented and motivated Social Media Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for our social media channels. He or she will proactively propose and produce relevant content in line with our editorial calendar and communication strategy. Our social media coordinator will monitor and report social media performance.

Operational management of Social Media

  • Collaborate closely with the Public Relations and Communications teams to ensure a consistent and effective presence across social media platforms
  • Propose content ideas (assets + captions) based on editorial calendar, competitive analysis and trends
  • Produce visual and written content adapted to each social media channel
  • Ensure reliable and timely posting across social media platforms
  • Implement social media campaigns for both organic and paid content at both HQ and internationally
  • Work closely with our community manager to monitor performance and reactions

Editorial Calendar and Content Planning

  • Proactively contribute to editorial calendar that aligns with the company’s objectives and ongoing marketing operations

Reporting and Analysis   

  • Regularly monitor the performance of posts and ad campaigns
  • Produce detailed analytic reports on social media KPIs and suggest improvements to optimize engagement and reach
  • Proactively use social listening tools to inform management on trends and important topics

Profil

  • French and English are required
  • 2 to 5 years' experience in the field of social media
  • Professional knowledge of social media management tools
  • Ability to take pictures / videos and work on editing using Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus
  • Good communication and planning skills
  • Attention to detail
