The role of Traffic Acquisition Project Leader is not only about driving large volumes of traffic but also ensuring the quality and relevance of that traffic. You will be responsible to coordinate two primary digital channels: Search Engine Optimization & Paid Social Media. You will be responsible for balancing high-volume growth with safeguarding our brand image and maintaining high quality, ensuring KPIs such as Return on Ad Spend, Click-Through Rate, reach, impression, completion rates, time spent on site, pages/sessions are met and exceeded. Your responsibilities will include the planning, development, and launch of impactful campaigns. Your role will also involve managing relationships with external agencies and SaaS tools, overseeing costs, contracts, and aligning strategies with broader company goals. Collaboration with the Global Digital Business Manager and other cross-functional teams will be key to achieving success in this position. You will also be the trusted point of contact for coordinating the digital budget. You will ensure that financial processes related to digital campaigns are executed efficiently and in accordance with company procedures. Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
4.1 SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION
- Take full ownership of the SAAS Tool to identify opportunities of growth in organic traffic.
- Optimize HamiltonWatch.com to improve company's search engine results by coordinating text production & technical improvement and implementation with internal or external stakeholders.
- Monitor changes and build comprehensive report to track progress of key metrics such as organic traffic sessions, CTR, bounce rates.
4.2 PAID SOCIAL MEDIA & REPORTING – CX PLATFORM LIAISON
- Campaign Management:
- Lead the planning, development, and launch of Paid Social Media campaigns and tactics within designated timelines and deadlines.
- Set up and oversee social paid campaigns for HQ, subsidiaries & agents with the support of an External Agency. Support market teams in campaign optimization and share best practices.
- Utilize analytics tools to gather insights on campaign performance, audience behavior & assets results, preparing detailed reports that inform future strategy/tactics.
- Take full ownership of the SPRINKLR platform, function as the expert across all functionalities and be the single point of contact for the supplier.
- Optimize the rules, enhance platform usage, stay informed on new features and product updates, and guide key users in establishing impactful use cases to maximize the platform’s value.
- Collaborate with the Digital Data Analyst for the reporting part, share results internally and identify learnings and business opportunities.
- Coordinate and implement Social User Generated Content on website.
4.3 Digital Department Budget Financial Coordination
- Book invoices accurately in SAP, ensuring proper documentation and timely processing.
- Ensure that all necessary Purchase Orders (POs) are created in alignment with the budget and financial protocols.
- Work closely with external agencies and suppliers to manage costs and contracts, ensuring proper financial oversight and alignment with strategic goals.

Compétences requises
- Proven experience in digital marketing or E-commerce
- Strong understanding of Paid Media, SEO, Social Media Strategies, and analytics tools
- Familiarity with digital budget management and financial process (Invoicing, SAP, and PO creation…)
- Knowledge of the watch or luxury business is a plus
- Strong communication skills
