For our division Asulab, we are looking for a
Microtechnology Engineer
You will be an active and initiative part of a small and motivated team developing microfabrication processes for innovative products and applications.
Description du poste
- Design and develop additive as well as subtractive micropatterning processes.
- Analyze your samples by phenomenological testing as well as in-depth defect analyses.
- Propose and demonstrate improved processes.
- Qualify, document and promote your solutions.
- Realize prototypes and small series. Support upscaling and transfer to mass production.
- Manage R&D projects internally as well as with external partners to achieve fixed objectives.
- Perform technology scouting and early state identification of the latest trends in
micropatterning technologies.
Profil
- University level engineering education in microtechnology, physical chemistry, physics or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with and theoretical understanding of microfabrication
techniques in a clean-room environment. - Experience with digital printing is an important advantage.

Langues
- You should be, or willing to become fluent in oral French as the main social language at work.
- Good oral and written English is a must for our scientific and engineering environment.
- German is an asset.
